I had a meeting with an IT director and he liked several features since he is looking at 3 units. The ability to share one fax option, the new screen layout, force all print jobs to hold and he wants to print from an AS400 using the IPDS option.
yup and how about the scheduled print! Question for you with the ability to share one fax option is this just with the new series or can you get let's say a 4502 with the fax option and share older ricoh systems that have the fax option?
New engine only, also you need to add a fax connector kit to each machine, still alot less than a complete fax option. You would think Ricoh would run out of features to add to new models, but these seem to be items IT people realy like.
