With our Ricoh devices, we can set up a one touch button, and then have that document(s) routed to multiple email destinations, multiple folders and even fax numbers. The same can be done with Connectkey?

Thought I would jump in Art. Sounds like you are in a competitive with a Xerox.
The strength of the ConnectKey is not the address book functions and all the other standard goodies but the ability of the dealer and end user IT personel to be able to do a log me in session straight to the panel remotely. Training, setting up complicated jobs and troubleshooting can all be done through the virtual panel just like a log me in session.
Not sure if Ricoh has that capability but it the Xerox rep is decent he will be throwing these capabilities out there.
