Xerox wins lawsuit against school district

The U.S. District County of New Jersey ordered the Orange Board of Education to pay Xerox $276,451.63 in damages

  • Xerox had alleged that the district had defaulted on 3 leases for Xerox production print devices.

We've had school districts calling us where Xerox is the incumbent and the districts are very upset with the performance of Xerox since the pandemic.  Terrible customer service from their call centers and trouble getting repairs and toner cartridges in a timely manner.  Wonder if the school district in question got fed up and stopped paying on the lease.

We've seen the same issue with many Stewart accounts, seems they are falling apart in NJ.  However some of their production accounts are still sticking with them.  Ty for the update on this
