Xerox sues to stop security researcher
The Daily Swig, a tech news site, published an article claiming that Raphael Rigo, a senior security researcher from Airbus, was originally scheduled to give a presentation entitled; “Attacking Xerox Multifunction Printers” (apparently a demonstration on how to hack into a network by hacking into a connected Xerox MFP)
- The presentation was to be given during the Infiltrate Security Conference in Miami Beach, Florida
- The presentation apparently was cancelled one hour before event, with online notice posted that stated “pending legal action” prevented Mr. Rigo from conducting the demonstration.
