Freedman & Co. is almost completely paperless with the help of Xerox DocuShare. This New York City-based boutique CPA firm once had paper files taking up valuable square footage in a large file room. Now, documents are immediately scanned when received and electronic versions are securely accessed in seconds.
Their fast response to client requests has helped the firm grow its customer base and expand the business. "We would not be able to secure and retain our high-profile clients without the technology we have. The Love to Swim and Tumble School in San Antonio, Texas, uses Xerox DocuShare to electronically organize and process student payment and registration forms, safety waivers and contact sheets. The firm can also collaborate on documents with off-site staff as information is scanned and returned to ensure sensitive data is protected.
