Xerox & Fujifilm Arguing Over....

From a recent clip, it seems that Xerox wants to dispose top Fujifil execs for their on going court battle. I didn't realize that the fine for backing out of the Fujifilm deal is $1 Billion dollars.

I guess there will be more to come on this, Can you imagine if Xerox lost?

If it gets to the point where it looks like Xerox may lose, do you think they negotiate a fee to end the court battle?  If HP (as rumored) was going to pay more than Fuji anyway (let's say ~6.6B vs Fuji's 6.1B offer), Xerox can pay a  $400M walk fee and then sell to HP for the 6.6B. 

Fuji gets compensated, HP pays what their offer was and Xerox saves face by saying they sold for more than Fuji's offer.
