Wilmington - Ray Belanger, President/CEO of Rockland-based Bay Copy announced this week that Wilmington native Phil O’Brien on has joined the company as a managed print services specialist.
In this role, O’Brien assists clients in creating cost control strategies in regards to their document solutions needs in addition to conducting assessments of company document environments to develop actions to boost productivity.
O’Brien, who is enrolled in a comprehensive managed print services program through Bay Copy, is a graduate of Bridgewater State College with a Bachelor of Science degree in business. While a student he spent six months in Japan, studying that country’s business culture.
He is a member of Quincy 2000 Advantage a private, non-profit economic development corporation that unites Quincy's public and private sectors in a common economic development mission. O’Brien also maintains membership in the South Shore Chamber of Commerce.
As a college student, O’Brien volunteered with the Special Olympics program and is currently “looking for opportunities to give back to local communities.”
Originally from Wilmington, O’Brien now makes his home in Stoughton where in his spare time he enjoys sports, movies, chess, reading and weekly visits with his grandmother.
