What I want from my manufacturer for the Holidays

I want our primary manufacturer Ricoh to get their head out of their arse and get back in touch with the hardware that their dealers and end customers need from them.  I am not hopeful.

Don't hold your breath.

Things are sure to get better at Ricoh after all of the layoffs and early retirements between now and March. 

I want a workhorse B/W A4 that is 20" tall.  Must have good ops panel, a legit doc feeder and a low CPC.
