Wallin TeamDocusultant P4P'er

I have a W2400 customer who wants to use the WBT. When following directions in the manual, my technician is not able to access the program. Tech services are not able to assist with this either nor can they tell us if there should be a program loaded from the disk or if it's just a browser based program like Web Image Monitor. Any ideas?

Thanks for the input. My tech has loaded the most current version of Java but still doesn't work.
