When time gets closer we will have to setup a time to get together at Vision 2004.

I am strongly considering not going. The main reason is they are not going to have anything new out for a long time (end of yr) and I just went to Connected East and Technology Portal in NYC for a launch. Everything was covered by the product managers so it came from the horses mouth. I might change my mind...who knows.

Who gos to vision to see products?

I agree try telling the owner of my company that ....also we just hired one guy and will be hiring another and they are under my responsibilty.

Most importantly on Sat the 8th I have Red Sox tix so I need to get to Boston

When I said we should set up a time to get together I meant everybody here at the hotel that might be able to make it. Any body else going be able to swing it?

Don't know yet. I am doing a mission trip to South Korea for two weeks in April so I may not be able to make this one even though I usually do go.

I'll be there and would like to meet some of the other members. Let me know if you decide anything!

I'll be there, I think Ted, and Graham are also planning to attend. We all should meet on a social and business platform.

Who else is going to attend. I attend for three reasons, to get hands on experience with the new products, and too see what Ricoh's Vision is for the next two years.

The third reason to kick back and relax and see some country I've never seen before.

Vision Schedule:

On May 4, we invite you to participate in Tuesday evening's Welcome Reception which will begin at 6:30 p.m. at the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino, our venue for the VISION Meeting.

On Wednesday, May 5, the day starts with the General Session where you will hear from Ricoh Executives and our guest speaker. After a private press/analyst luncheon we will conduct a press roundtable with Ricoh Executives. You can then tour the Technology Expo or take part in the Seminars. That evening we will honor our dealers at the Awards Dinner.

On Thursday, May 6, you can participate in the seminars and tour the Technology Expo. That evening you will be treated to an exciting off-site event at the famous Las Vegas venue, RAIN.

Departure day is Friday, May 7.

Times are as follows:

Tuesday May 4th
• First Inning: Attendee Arrival
• Second Inning: Welcome Reception (6:30pm-8:30pm)

Wednesday May 5th
• Third Inning: General Session (8:00am-Noon)
• Fourth Inning: Seminars (1:30pm-5:30pm)
• Fifth Inning: Technology Expo (4:00pm-6:00pm)
• Sixth Inning: Awards Dinner (7:00pm-9:30pm)

Thursday May 6th
• Seventh Inning: Technology Expo (9:00am-3:00pm)
• Eighth Inning: Seminars (9:00am-5:00pm)
• Ninth Inning: Final Night Off-site Event at RAIN (7:00pm - 10:00pm)

Friday May 7th
• Attendee Departure

Ok P4P members, how about we meet at 9PM on Tuesday evening in the Lobby of the Mandalay Bay? From there we can schedule another time to meet or just sit and have a round table.
