TPx, a managed services provider delivering award-winning managed IT, security, unified communications and connectivity, announced today that telecom industry sales veterans Lynne Pincek and Dan Solito have joined TPx to lead sales for the company’s cloud and managed services for small and medium businesses, as well as midmarket and large enterprises.
As Senior Vice President of Sales, Pincek is charged with growing and managing revenue for TPx managed UC, IT and connectivity services. Pincek will leverage her past experience to drive acquisition of new logos, strategic selling into enterprise accounts and cross-selling opportunities into the TPx customer base.
As Senior Vice President of Sales Operations, Solito is focused on powering greater productivity for the TPx salesforce through the implementation of sales academies and enablement methodologies, building an execution-minded sales operations team, and modernizing the sales tech stack to empower a high-performance sales team.

Pincek joins TPx with more than two decades of experience in the telecommunications industry. She is known for creating highly collaborative and successful sales teams, producing revenue, market share and profitability. Pincek worked with Sprint for more than 20 years, rising from Global Account Manager to Regional Sales Director to Vice President of Sales Business for the Eastern U.S., where she was responsible for $750 million in annual revenues for cloud, mobility and converged solutions. Pincek also is a Board Member of Women in Distress, a nationally accredited, state-certified, full-service domestic violence center service Broward County in Florida.
Solito has more than 35 years of experience in technology sales and sales operations leadership at companies such as Mitel, Avaya and Cisco. Most recently, he was a Strategic Advisor with GCS Advisory Services, where he advised early-stage and late-stage technology startup companies on business model and growth strategies. Prior to that, he was Senior Vice President of Global Business Operations at Mitel Networks, where he was responsible for global sales operations, field enablement, cloud-focused inside sales, cloud business operations, RFP and deals desk support, business intelligence, channel operations and software service renewals. Previously, he held leadership positions at Caféx Communications, Avaya and Cisco Systems.
