The new agreement enables Vanguard to offer UCG's VAULT400 Backup as a Service (BaaS) and remote hardware disaster recovery to clients nationwide. This offering will include enhanced scan, store, retrieve, protect and recover capabilities.

The UCG VAULT400 offering will be available in a SaaS, appliances, and software licensing model, depending on raw data requirements, from 10GB to over 100TB." Vanguard clients' data will be available 7/24/365 for immediate recovery of granular files or in totality. Options are available for remote hardware recovery time objectives of 72, 24, and 12 hours, or less than 1 hour.
