Technology firms Biztek Connection of Little Rock is merging with A+ Technologies Services of Little Rock, effective March 1.

They will operate as Biztek Connection and employ seven people.

The owner of A+ Technologies, Daron Plummer Jr., will serve as a partner and CEO of the new company. Roger Best will be its president.

Biztek was founded in 2001 to provide proactive managed IT services primarily for businesses in Arkansas with five to 100 employees.

A+ Technology was established in 2015 to serve small to medium businesses in the state, creating applications and doing web development.

The new company will have 65 years of IT skills and expertise and a collective 45 years of entrepreneurial experience, according to a news release.
