TST Impresso Wide Format Paper

We're using this paper for the Epson systems and we are having an issue with one account, they have to take a quarter inch of paper off the roll in order for the system not to jam.

I;m thinking the paper may be too long, over 500 feet in length. Anyone else having this issue??
