ARGOS — Waterline mapping that hadn’t been done in a number of years was accomplished in only a couple of weeks by the company the town of Argos hired to update their records, M.E. Simpson Co. Inc. of Indianapolis.

• Patty Jones, Argos town clerk, informed the council that the office at the municipality building will soon get a new computer and copiers in order to be more efficient. “The new copiers will be quieter and will be done in half the time,” she explained.
