To all participating OKI PLUS COOP Program enrollees,



With the current business climate, Vendors and Partners
alike are facing many economic challenges that require tough
decisions be made regarding expense reduction and program
suspension.

I am very sorry to inform you that the OKI Plus CoOP Program
has been suspended for Fiscal Year 2010, April 1, 2010 through
March 31, 2011.

TERMS & CONDITIONS: the following terms and conditions will
apply to all 2009 final claims

1. Eligible OKI Plus participants (premier partner level
and MFP Elite Dealer levels only) will accrue CoOP for
"qualifying product purchases" made from January 1st through
March 31st, 2010 at existing rates. (3% color, 2% Mono and
1% SIDM).

2. Purchases and/or shipments made from 4/1/2010 forward
will not be eligible for any type of CoOP Accrual.

3. Final accruals will be calculated and applied to
individual CoOP accounts, with adjustments, by 5/14/2010.
(minus meetcomps and special pricing)

4. Both US and Canadian, CoOP eligible partners will have
until 6/25/2010 to utilize their 4th Quarter accruals for
"pre-approved marketing activities" with one exception:

NOTE: Effective immediately, CoOP funds cannot be utilized
for reimbursement of Demo Unit purchases .



CLAIMS SUBMISSIONS & TIMELINE
***Please follow the guidelines and timeline as stated, due
to new accounting procedures for Prior Year accrual processing

1. Prior Approval forms must be submitted and approved by
Marketing to be eligible for any type of CoOP reimbursement

2. All guidelines for CoOP usage and eligibility will be
strictly enforced

3. "Proof of performance" is required for all claim
submissions and must accompany your claim request
4. Eligible Partners have until 6/25/2010, close-of-business
(5pm ET) to submit a pre-approved claim

5. Any and all claims submitted after this date will not be
considered for reimbursement

6. Claims that are submitted with incomplete backup will not
be processed nor will the timeline for submission be extended

7. All access to the online Shared Marketing System will be
shut down effective June 30th, 2010, close-of-business.
