It seems I have one person every year or two that has to have a mailbox or the system won't work for them. And it is always the same people who won't entertain a secure release solution to avoid having the mailbox.

Agreed. We had one a few weeks ago who already had access cards and refused to go up to the machine and wait for it to authenticate for them to print their jobs. The whole point of the meeting was to alleviate the 5 or 6 people's print jobs from getting mixed up and having to lay them out on a table to sort each persons jobs several times a day. My comment was "I suppose you could just keep printing them out the way you are, or buy 5 or 6 desktop printers along with a new MFP." Most likely they are going to go with the 5 printers and MFP approach instead of the card swipe way.....
