Impressively productive
The Océ VarioLink 6022/7522 multifunctional devices will keep business moving with copy and print speeds of 60 and 75 ppm and standard auto duplex at 100 percent engine speed. They consistently maintain that pace with a maximum paper capacity of 7,600 sheets and the ability to replenish toner and paper during operation. The powerful 1-GHz processor and 1 GB of RAM allow for a fast scanning speed of up to 75 opm, while the optional print controller features PostScript® 3 and PCL® 5e/6 print compatibility to link this high powered MFP to most networks.
Highly versatile
The Océ VarioLink 6022/7522 MFPs provide extensive finishing and paper handling options so important projects can be printed in-house, saving time and money without sacrificing quality. They also streamline processes with a multitude of scanning destinations including email, FTP, SMB, USB memory devices and MFP user boxes. Maximize the Océ VarioLink 6022/7522 devices’ versatility with optional print drivers that work in both PC and Mac® environments and by adding faxing for reliable, centralized communication in one device.
Secure
The Océ VarioLink 6022/7522 devices come equipped with a host of standard features such as IPv6 supported network connectivity, LDAP authentication, IP address filtering, SSL encryption, confidential printing, encrypted PDF support, HDD password lock and HDD data erase. The optional HDD encryption kit and the biometric authentication device also keep data secure while maintaining performance.
Easy to use
A large, easy-to-read, full-color touchscreen control panel makes communication faster while more accurate and integrated help screens give users immediate access to the information required to perform the tasks they need. Thumbnail previews show users stored documents prior to printing and programmable shortcut keys for frequently used settings provide effortless operation. Easily share and use documents by scanning to the MFP for printing and sharing on a network or by using the convenient USB memory stick device port to scan-from or print directly to the Océ VarioLink 6022/7522 MFPs.
Sustainable
The Océ VarioLink 6022/7522 devices meet tough environmental standards, such as Blue Angel, ENERGY STAR® and RoHS and their polymerized toner fuses at a lower temperature, so less toner and energy are expended per printed page. Low-power and sleep modes further reduce a business’s energy costs, and with a 30-second warm-up time from standby, being good to the environment is good for office productivity.
Add device management software to further increase productivity
Add Océ PRISMAenterprise software, a web-based tool that makes it easier for administrators to operate and manage their entire device fleet. Or gain control of document flow while improving productivity with Océ PRISMAstart software. For fleets large and small, Océ device management software solutions will help maintain standardized, central control and help users store, archive and share documents on their networks.
