Margaret Hamilton, Extension secretary and Amanda Larson, Extension Educator, met with the commissioners regarding the copier at the annex. The motor is going out on the copier they presently have and cannot be fixed. They presented quotes from BPI $4,325 and Western Office $4,249 for a new color copier. Following discussion, it was the consensus of the commission to purchase the color copier from Western Office with a one-year service contract.
