Anyone have customers who are at end of lease or in renewals who are so oblivious that you can't get them to make a decision to upgrade their leased equipment? I have two customers who have been in renewals for well over a year who I've been trying to get to make a decision since well before the old lease matured. They are content to keep making monthly payments on the old equipment rather than make a change. One customer is just too busy to care and the other is just oblivious and doesn't even grasp the whole lease thing and acts like I'm a random salesman trying to sell them something they don't need not realizing the stupidity of making renewal payments on a 6 or 7 year old machine rather than leasing a new machine or taking the buyout. Just venting..........
