Anyone have customers who are at end of lease or in renewals who are so oblivious that you can't get them to make a decision to upgrade their leased equipment?  I have two customers who have been in renewals for well over a year who I've been trying to get to make a decision since well before the old lease matured.  They are content to keep making monthly payments on the old equipment rather than make a change.  One customer is just too busy to care and the other is just oblivious and doesn't even grasp the whole lease thing and acts like I'm a random salesman trying to sell them something they don't need not realizing the stupidity of making renewal payments on a 6 or 7 year old machine rather than leasing a new machine or taking the buyout.  Just venting..........

I have same issues with a handful of accounts.  One signed a 24 FMV month lease back in 2020. Payment are almost $300 a month.  There almost two years in renewals and I can't get them to budget, even with saving thousands and moving to a 48 month lease.  Yes, it's so stupid, maybe there is something in the water?  I've tried everything I know  for all 5 and nothing.  Glad to hear someone else is rowing the same boat as me
