“The copier at LHS East Campus is approaching the end of its life at near 2,000,000 copies. We also have a need for a color copier at the Education Services Center (ESC),” the agenda information noted. “The unit at ESC currently has approximately 200,000 copies. The recommendation is to relocate the copier from ESC to East Campus and purchase a new color copier for ESC. USD 480 has received a quote for a new color copier (60 pages per minute) at a cost of $12,845. The quote received from Southern Office is a NJPA contract (National Bid) allowed by Kansas Statute 12-2903.”
