In reference to the 1224/1232 we include the black toner in the cpc cost. The customer must purchase the color on their own, we discount the color toner 15% right off the top.

One customer has already tried to purchase the 1224/1232 off the internet and has not been successful. I think with a 15% discount we can be close to the internet marketers.

Maybe the way to combat losing the toner biz is to change our MA's, meaning change all contracts to a monthly cpc billing and include black toner for all systems (at least we can save that part of the buisness). The customer will be happy becuase they only get billed for what they use and we should be happier with a greater monthly service revenue.

Just my idea, we have to change quick, if not we may lose our shirst and more if we don't.
