Visited a DOD contractor account today for a possible upgrade, it went well and on the way out I had asked how Hurricane Irene had affected his home. He stated he was good, no loss of power, however his bro and sister in other days were without power for up to four days. He stated that he and other members of the family had decided that they were going to puchase natural gas generators for about $4k and may be 500-1,000 to install. He then made a statement that it's inevitable that there will be a cyber attack in the US on the power grid and he went on to tell me about Stuxnet and implied that the virus was sent as an attach on Iraq's nuclear power system! Who I had not hear of this before, so I did some reseacrh and found this article, maybe I may think twice about the natural gas generator now!
