Have a prospect that wants all faxes that they send and recieve also stored digitally.
So far this is the best solution I have come up with. RX - print and forward to email address then have outlook rules move messages to a folder named incoming faxes. TX - after sending fax, put back in adf and scan to a destination marked outgoing faxes.
It would be nice to automate storing of TX faxes instead of having to scan twice, any ideas?

Why not just use LAN fax for all outbound documents?

You could incorporate ecabinet 1000, for the price it's not a bad solution. Talk track could be.... we have the ability to record all outbound fax also, plus emails. How is $240 a month for this service?

I was in an account today for a luncheon meeting; it was an architect firm that works with many BOE's.

They made the statement that the amount of emails they receive is staggering! Most people now would rather communicate by email (because it is in writing). My client agreed that in a very litigious society that this is not a bad thing. However, one job especially if it involves the environment can use 400-700 emails.

He said that he spends an hour a day sorting and moving emails from clients.

An hour a day at the office for them represents $225 per hour.

Have you had the chance to research "Rightfax"?

Hope this helps
