Statement size paper on the Savin C3528

My customer wants to print to statement size paper (8 1/2 x 5 1/2). The system recognizes the paper in the paper tray as A5. The problem is when the page setup of the document reads statement the result is a paper type mismatch.

I cannot find anywhere to input a custom size for paper trays (except the bypass).

Can anyone tell me how to program the drawer for statement size?

You can only run statement thru the bypass. The bypass can be selected in the print dialog box
