State of Georgia to ban Lexmark?

Governor Kemp of Georgia signed new SB 346 into law

Designed to protect “Georgia residents from China intrusion”
Prohibits companies owned or operated by China from bidding on Georgia state contracts
“all vendors must certify that they are not owned/operated by People’s Republic of China”
CTT Research recently reported that Georgia state agencies spend $47,259,946 on Lexmark and Lenovo products
Other states set to follow suit:
- Idaho
- Arkansas
- Indiana
