State may ban purchase of Lexmark products

The State of Maine is currently considering a new law which would prohibit the state from entering or renewing any contracts that involved Lexmark products, due to its ties to Ninestar of China
Ninestar of China, which owns controlling interest in Lexmark, is accused by the federal government of using slave labor to make printers, MFPs and cartridges at some of its manufacturing plants in China
