Chickasha-headquartered Standley Systems has acquired Enid Typewriter Co.
“We are honored to join forces with ETC, a fellow Oklahoma-owned company, and expand our technology services in Northwest Oklahoma,” Standley Systems CEO Tim Elliott said. “We strengthened our team by adding proven, respected professionals to our staff. Also, gaining additional warehouse facilities enables us to provide equipment and service more quickly than ever before.”
Standley Systems specializes in solutions for business technology, and it will immediately begin providing expanded technology options in Northwest Oklahoma, according to a news release.
“We look forward to helping former ETC customers stay up and running at all times,” he said. “Like all Standley Systems customers, these accounts will receive 24/7, live, in-person support within four hours of a call, as well as improved services and expanded technology solutions.”
Former ETC customers will have direct access to solutions experts for document management and IT services, as well as hardware and software solutions.
“We have more than 84 years of investing in Oklahoma, and we look forward to providing our new customers the local, limitless expertise and dedication other businesses have enjoyed for eight decades,” Elliott said.
ETC is the second technology company to join forces with Standley Systems in 2018.
Standley now has offices in all four quadrants of Oklahoma, and has increased to 152 full-time staff members statewide.
