Sorry, just saw this today. Could mean a lot or could mean nothing. PRESCRIBE is Kyoceras proprietary language which can be used for overlays, forms, variable data, and a multitude of things. Chances are, the rep just typed it in, off the brochure, but it could mean there is a specialized application for the PRESCRIBE utility. Hard to tell based on the information given. Good luck.
I missed this earlier. The previous post is pretty much correct. The biggest strength is on the variable data side especially for mail merge. It's not a separate application. Hope this helps.
