I am having 2 main issues with the SR90 running off a 2090.
1. Unable to print to the finisher from MAC

2. Constant jamming.

Any helpful ideas as to what to do would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Attached is a customized ppd that needs to be loaded in addition to the current one. It will allow Mac users to send to the Document server (assuming they are on OSX). There are some limitations with this PPD, the filename must be input when installing the PPD, thus all files sent to the Document Server will have the same name ... if they are kept at the copier, then the user will have to change the name of the file at the copier.

As far as the jamming I’m not sure what to tell you. We have a few of these out and jamming has not been a big issue.

The file for printing to the doc server worked great. Thanks. The jamming was a problem with the trimmer unit and is being like for liked.
