The new integration, available on the AppExchange, enables a smooth process for public sector agencies that need to modernize inefficient, outdated document systems. Government Cloud is an instance of Salesforce built specifically for government agencies. Because it is FedRAMP-compliant, it has enhanced security measures that align with federal regulations. With the new integration, SpringCM can offer its cloud-based document management platform to these important Salesforce customers.
