A financial planning firm staffing two financial planners and two assistants in Kalamazoo, MI had already purchased a 3035SPi with standard DocumentMall. The Ricoh dealership trained the firm on DocumentMall and the customer soon discovered that managing, storing and sharing documents via DocumentMall was more cost-effective and user friendly than manually filing and storing documents in filing cabinets or on a computer’s hard drive. In addition, DocumentMall eliminated the costs and time it took for sharing information via email, overnight courier service and regular mail.

The sales representative’s knowledge of DocumentMall and it’s ROI became a major part of the firms decision to purchase an additional 10GB/3YR DocumentMall package. He calculated the time spent searching for files with future costs of using offsite storage. With DocumentMall, the firm would break even on storage costs but would save approximately 25% on labor costs for searching and retrieving documents. This sealed the deal!!
