Crawfordsville Parks and Recreation director Roger Neal will take any amount of savings he can find.
Tuesday evening the park board authorized Neal to enter into a contract for a new copier. The new contract will save the department approximately $850 per year over the next five years.
Not only does the new copier cost less per month, it also increases the number of copies the department can make monthly without being charged an overage fee — the number has jumped from 12,500 to 13,000.
The board voted 6-0 to allow Neal to sign the contract with Brad Case, who represented IKON.
