Wide format firm Art and Soul has installed a new digital production printer to improve its underutilised commercial print business.
Owner John Nicholas says his business has neglected smaller format printing jobs, and now he plans to win some of those jobs back with the Intec ColorSplash CS5100.
“We have always sent those small jobs out but today every bit of business counts, and we are developing the small section to keep all jobs in-house,” he says.
“The new section of the business will solely focus on small format printing, which granted is not a growing sector, but we want to offer customers flexibility and this machine allows us to do just that.
“The printer is also great value for money as it has all the advances of the larger, more expensive machines, but costs less to buy.”
