Sharpen my telemarketing Skills | Print4Pay Hotel

13 years in the industry and most of what I learn about selling that has been taught to me formally. I have been seaching for a way to increse my telemarketing skills and now I think I have found it.
has anyone out there heard of klpz or coldcalling101.com or the Caponi Performance Group?

Google it. Good stuff. Scripts written for telemarketing and responses to phone calls. I have increased my appointment to phone call ratio and have rehearsed responses to stalls.I have been using for a year now.
