Designed for small offices and workgroups, the compact AR-C265P can expand capability easily as a company grows by offering a 400-sheet paper capacity (expandable to 930 sheets), optional duplexing and an available 40 GB hard drive. The versatile AR-C265P can print on paper stock ranging from 3 x 5-inch index cards to 8.5 x 47-inch banner paper. The AR-C265P is also easy to use with intuitive interactive functions to aid users with job status information; image editing; adding covers or envelopes; or adjusting color. Additionally, managers will appreciate the machine’s convenient job tracking, allowing administrators to check usage and generate reports for accounting purposes.

With the optional 40 GB hard drive, the AR-C265P also offers 256-bit encryption and Secure Print Release with PIN-code authorization. For additional peace of mind, a Secure Erase feature completely removes documents from the hard drive by overwriting the encrypted data.
