Sending with 2 fax lines

Our customer has a Savin MP5002 with 2 lines. My belief is that if one line is receiving and the customer goes to send it will automatically try the second line. Can anyone confirm this?

I know they can select what line to send from at the control panel but I'm wondering if auto switching is the default.

I'm pretty sure that is the case, fax will go to memory first, just thinking that most users would not even notice.
