Sell the Solution II has ended. Congratulations to Dave Vasquez of Advanced Office Systems in Arlington, Texas (Gestetner), Alfred Wales of SouthEast Office Products in Alpharetta, Georgia, and Nazzereno Tari of Savin Corp in Huntington Beach, California.

The solution that they presented were incredible, I hope to have the power point presentation loaded here in the next week.

For those of who are not familiar with "Sell THe Solution". It is the only contest that is open to all members of the RIcoh Family Group. It takes place every year @ Ricoh Headquarters in New Jersey. Throughout the contest period reps can enter as many solution sales as they want. The only rule is that it has to have at least one digital dupliucator. Points are awarded for each type of additional product that was sold in the order.

One particular sale was from Al Wales from SouthEast Office Products in Alpharetta, GA. He packaged a JP8000, TCII, type80 controller, Fax, 1075, wide format analog copier all in one nice package. Al is on his way to the Global competition in Sendai, Japan. The competition will have reps from China, US, Great Britian and Europe to vie from the Global Solution Sale!

Other semi finalists were Julia Judd from Savin/San Francisco, Micheal O'Brien from RBS in Phila, PA, Brian Miller from Modern Impressions in Charlotte, NC, Art Post from Century Office Proucts, in Middlesex, NJ, Keith Johnson from Metro Sales in Minneapolis, Minnesota and one more person (he was out of cards).

It was a great two days and I hope to have pictures loaded in the next few days.
