SDM for Admin & XP SP2 Question

I have a problem with Smart Device Monitor for Admin. I have loaded xp SP2 and now it won't open the devices. I put SDM for Admin in the exceptions of the Windows Firewall, it lists the devices, but won't open them so I can access the Address Management tools etc. Does anyone know of a fix to make it work. I even downloaded the most recent version of SDM for Admin. Let us know.

I ran into the same thing. I ended up having to go to a pc that doesn't have sp2, but I know this isn't the solution.

I think Ricoh is going to have to update the software.
