I have a customer who wants to scan contracts on a mfp. The document is 8.5 x 22 inches. Does anyone know how to do this? Thanks, Tim

sounds like an auto dealership? we've dealt with one trying to use our systems. no luck. depending their volumes you'd be able to place one of the Ricoh scanners to do the job.
Even the Ricoh scanners only go up to 11x17.
Maybe a this is a stupid suggestion. But, could they cut the document in half and scan the document as a pdf making 2 pages?
Thats a pretty good idea, it may have some legal ramifications. Another idea is do not cut the document but place them manually on the doc feeded for multiple pages.
Take a look at this pdf., there are a few scanners that you can get from techdata, ingram and etc that will scan those long documents.

Thanks for the input. It looks like Canon makes a scanner that will handle this.
