For lack of a better name, I'll call it scan2anywhere and what I mean is that you can browse all of the shared file folders on the server from the copier MFP panel.
This is not a standard option on the Ricoh's, we need to add Global Scan. Please, is that feature standard on other manufacturers such as Xerox, Sharp, KonicaMinolta, Toshiba, Kyocera, Canon? I've only seen one MFP that had this feature out of the box and it was a Muratec.
