Scan to Print with IS300e/CL7000

I am trying to install an IS300e to a CL7000 so the customer can print from the scanner. The scan to folder works well, but when I try the scan to print, there is no printer to select under the "Select Printer" screen. I followed the directions from the owners manual with the setup, but I cannot print a page from either the glass or the ADF of the scanner. What am I doing wrong?

The customer went into Web Image and put the appropriate printer info in, and the Scan to Print now works.
