I have set up a Savin SPC221sf in our office to scan to email through our Exchange server. When I try to set it up through our Comcast account I get a Net Communication Error. I have set up many other Savin systems with scan to email with the same settings. In fact, it is my standard protocol to use our Comcast account for all of our customers, so I'm very familiar with the settings and entering them in any device other than this one.
When I called tech support they said this product will only scan through Exchange or Outlook or using the Control Center application...I'm sure this is incorrect. Otherwise why do they have an SMTP server setting in the device.
Can anyone help?
