Has anyone successfully connected and used a keyboard on the MP4002_MP5002?

I have connected 2 different keyboards and each time received "Incompatible USB device has been connected. Check the USB device".

SIG says The external keyboard must be configured for SDK applications or embedded features...and must be Windows OS compatible.

Thanks for any feedback.

We haven't connected to the Ricoh, yet, but we have found that the Microsoft Arc seems to work with our Konica Minolta brand. Hope it works for you!

Isn't the Arc a wireless keyboard? If so, that's really cool!

We did get this working. You have to enable it through SP modes 5075 set to 1. We were able to use a Logitech wireless keyboard.

We have tried with a Lenovo standard wired keyboard, @ does'nt work!

I dont think a wireless will work
