Savin C2525/C3030 and envelope printing

Using #10 envelopes in portrait orientation. Feeds fine when copying but jams at the entrance to the bridge unit. This is when using the MS Word envelope wizard. If using MS Publisher set for this size as a template it works fine.

Had the customer create a second print driver just for this size envelope from the bypass tray. Not sure if this will work since I have not had a chance to try it and they have not called me back about it. TIA
