Savin 4051sp/Ricoh Aficio 2051 | Print4Pay Hotel

Need some help! Brand new Savin 4051sp we ordered. Set up, tried to make a copy - got SC402 code. Image is not tranfering. Copy stopping in fusing section.
We have replaced:
transfer power pack, bias electrode plate, BCU board.
We have reseated all connectors and checked all contact points.
Any other suggestions?

springs on bottom of transfer unit may be bent. when transfer unit is locked in operating position, there should be no play in the unit. Also check all the pins in the connector of the transfer unit to frame.

Thanks to everyone for the tips. Turns out my tech left a shipping bracket on the transfer section that should have been removed.

It's always the simple stuff that gets us, isn't it?
