Sales Down

For me, last year was a horendous year, worst in memory but first quarter 2018 was great and I've already covered this quarter's quota plus 30%. However, I handle major accounts so my peaks and valleys can sometimes be difficult to predict or explain.

last year was ok for me, not one of my worst nor one of my best.

So far this year is somewhat off.  There is more than enough in the pipeline.  January I took a zero (two weeks vaca and the flu), Feb above quota, March below quota, April hit quota on the nose.

For me last year was the best year in a decade but I was able to utilize some referral partners for some larger deals. One mega church with production equipment was a good one and the other was a large insurance agency. Those two ended up making my numbers for about 4.5 months. 

This year has been fairly good but we also added a second branch office late last year that is now rolling so our overal revenue is a lot better. 

Personally, this year vs last has been a little slower but I haven’t noticed much change in income. Have probably not had as many deals to date but my profitability is way up. Probably averaging close to 1-1500 per deal commission.
