Is there anyway to defaut the RPCS print driver to print Black only? This question is from one of my customers, I have tried however everytime I change the setting and re open it always goes to color.

After opening the driver's properties screen from the "Printers and Faxes" folder, select "Printintg Preferences" and then select "Black and White" at the bottom left. Here's the part I usually miss: Don't forget to select "Apply" on the bottm right!
The other thing about the RPCS driver that usually messes with my clients, is that you have to repeat this procedure for every one of the "Custom Settings" icons or only the "No Setting" icon will default to Black and White.

Your service people can also go to the TSC Web Site and downlaod the RPCS Driver Editor and easily make changes to the drivers. I think the have a black print only driver as well.
