RJ YOUNG COMPANY ANNOUNCES STRATEGIC AGREEMENT WITH RICOH AMERICAS CORPORATION
Acquires Select Customer Accounts in Mississippi and Alabama Locations, Focuses on Local Service
Nashville, Tenn. (February 6, 2012) – RJ Young Company announced today a strategic agreement with Ricoh Americas Corporation to expand its footprint of key accounts in Mississippi and Alabama. Effective March 1, 2012, RJ Young will assume ownership for the sales, service and operations of certain Ricoh direct channel commercial accounts in Huntsville, AL; Columbus, MS; Tupelo, MS; and Gulfport, MS. RJ Young Company will support these customers with sales, service and supplies.

As part of the agreement, approximately 30 sales and service employees will join RJ Young from Ricoh, adding to RJ Young’s team of 400 employees to ensure a continued high level of service and support. While RJ Young Company will now support the commercial accounts in these geographies; Ricoh will continue to retain all global, national, federal government and managed services customers in these areas.
