Is there a more economical way to interface an A2022 S/P with 'RightFax' software other than GlobaLScan with the RightFax Plug in @ $500. I am dealing with a RightFax dealer replacinng his copier and wants to be able to able to demo to his prospective clients in his office the "2022/RightFax package".

DID YOU EVER FIGURE THIS OUT??? CAN YOU TELL ME MORE ABOUT USING GLOBAL SCAN WITH RIGHTFAX???

Yes,, this was the only way to integrate the 'RightFax'with the Ricoh AF2022. The "up-side" to this is that with this configuration, (the Ricoh/RightFax combo)'ALL' of the RightFax features can be accessed from the screen of the MFP. (I'm told by the factory product managers that, at this time, the Ricoh manufacturred products are the only ones with this "full access from the display panel capability.
